I absolutely love this place. They sell a great product in a no fuss store, with wonderful staff who are very attentive. If you are visiting Covent Garden, this place is worth a visit. Aesop sell a luxury product, so if you're looking for a special gift for someone this is the place to go, the staff will look after you and assust in you in choosing a product or a selection of products.

Beyond impressed with and grateful for the excellent customer service I was met with. The staff were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions extensively, my friend and I were additionally gifted some samples as well. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still so touched by their kindness, I 100% recommend giving the store a visit!
