I contacted them late on a Saturday evening after picking up a used Aeron which needed the base respraying. They replied straight away and arranged to take the chair to them the next day! I arrived a bit early and was met quickly. The job was done and I picked it up about two hours later, after the paint had dried. Great job, great guy, great communication. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely excellent customer service. Paul come round and fixed and serviced both chairs on a Sunday because they were busy during the week and I can see why they are busy! They gave reconditioned 15 year old chairs a whole new lease of life. I really can't recommend Aeron highly enough, not least because when when we later had an issue that wasn't even caused by them, the team were quick to respond on the phone and online. Paul even popped back in to help resolve the problem. Thank you.

I contacted Aeron Repairs to see if they could do anything to save my ancient chair, and they came out within a few days – which was great, as I live quite a long way from their base. The repairs were completed exactly as I hoped, and the chair feels as good as new now. Highly recommended – and many thanks to the engineer who trekked round the M25 to see me.
