Aeron fully loaded size C. What can I say? Customer service was brilliant from start to finish. The communication I received was amazing, they went out their way to accommodate to my needs - from changing the packaging (for my larger chair) to sorting out a swift delivery. Big thankyou to the guys. Will definitely use this company again if ever I buy another chair! If I could give more stars I would :)
