very helpful and if you want to buy planes or just get them repaired there very helpful the only negative would be the phone signal, other then that it is a great company and i wish it the best for the company. :)

To be honest, if you call an aircraft restorer about buying household ornaments, I kind of see why you might have confused them... I'd probably get the same reaction from a greengrocers if I called them to ask if they want to buy a kitten. Anyway, they're a great business who are at the top of their game in aircraft restoration.

PLEASE ignore the negative review!!! Excellent company started by an amazing man and now carried on by his son. A truly dedicated group of knowledgeable craftsmen who care passionately about their craft. Very poor signal for telephone so that probably explains the rushed call on the negative review!!!

Customer service is very poor. Phoned the shop to ask if they buy antique silver items and the man bluntly answered "no we don't buy that kind of stuff" as they only buy aeroplanes and vintage cars and hurried to put the phone down. Arrogant! if he was being friendly and had me informed with the stuff that they're buying I can definitely recommend some people I know but the man was too full of himself. How can he run a business when he doesn't have people skills at all and is lack of providing information of the company.
