Paul was an absolutely lovely and professional man and did a perfect job. We have had an aerial hanging dangerously off of our chimney for some years now, held on by an old worn cable after taking a beating during a heavy storm. When our aerial was replaced by our cable provider we thought they would take the old aerial, but apparently it's no longer procedure to use chimneys and they're not allowed to retrieve them from there. As a result we spent years having a try ourselves every now and then, but our roof is laid out weirdly and we're all about as athletic as potatoes and never could manage to get to the chimney. What we spent years failing to do, with the aerial becoming more at risk of falling on our neighbours walk way, Paul managed to solve in minutes! He was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.
