Love this place. Joined Aerial silks because it was a class that suited me with the time on a Tuesday morning. Michael the instructor was very welcoming and teaches each student to their own ability which is great. Silks are great for overall strength which builds each week, great for overall fitness and also confidence. There is always something new each week to learn which keeps it interesting. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been going to ADA adult silks classes since late 2019 and it’s the highlight of my week. Michael is a brilliant, patient teacher who caters to all abilities. The lessons are fun and diverse and no one leaves without having learned something new. Friendly and supportive atmosphere - Highly recommend everyone gives aerial a go!

Aerial is such a fun way to exercise. Learning new skills each week from the amazingly talented teachers at aerial dance academy gives you something to work towards and is a great high when you achieve them. The school itself is set out so well and you always feel safe learning new moves. I would highly recommend this place.

Michael is a talented coach for children and adults and teaches the aerial dancing so inspirationally 🤩! The groups are small and this provides a better opportunity to do the exercises and have access to the equipment🤸♀️🤸♂️. Indeed highly recommended learning activity in Southsea 👍
