Any time I'm flying I will find myself walking around in here looking and stuff for a decent amount of time. Having said that I don't recall having ever bought anything beyond a bottle of water and/or something to read. The main reason for me is that the whole point of a duty free shop is that without the extra tax it should be cheaper than most other places. In here when I see goods like sunglasses or watches a quick search on a smartphone while there of the likes of Amazon etc will show that there isn't much you can get in here that you can't get at a better price elsewhere.

What a shocking store. No staff at checkout. When girl appeared asked for boarding card refusing to sell me two bottles of water without it. Totally illegal. No wonder the shop is empty

Appalling. Inly one cash desk open , a queue of 7-8. Refused payment for a bottle of water for my child sue to not having boarding card to hand which I was told was ' by law compulsary'. Told to move on as there were orher peolpe to serve. Shocking. Zero sympathy and completely illegal.
