Ironically the tobacco sales room which they intended to be as unpleasant as possible has the opposite effect. The bare brick corridor, bare brick room lined only with cigarette cartons is an oasis of zen calm. I'd spend all my time waiting in the tobacco duty free if they'd let me.

Definiately avoid, not recommended. The price displayed on shelf was different than by the counter! Moreover, the personnel in the store was misinformig about the actual price. When I questioned the higher price at the counter and showed a photo of the ticket with a different price the personel simply said that this is the new price, without offering any kind of compensation. Be very careful if you dare to shop here.

Useless staff comprised of mainly miserable spinsters. They lack common courtesy, basic manners that their parents obviously didn't have to teach them, bad customer service skills and know nothing much about what they sell. This is the worst team of staff in the country's airports. I would never spend a penny here again on principle. I've had a good experience previously from some good gentlemen that were very good at their jobs but now it's the Pitt's. I will try to avoid this airport in the future because I usually enjoy my duty-free experience.

Safe to say I will avoid next time when travelling. One particular staff member he was quite rude, just flapping his hands like customers are cattle instead of actually speaking and being obviously annoyed that he actually has to speak when you ask him a question. If you prefer to be on drama queens show go there if customer service is to bore for you, mind you it was very quiet in the store

Don't waste your money from this company duty free shops in the airports and ferrys. They are doing marketing manipulation. The All prices minimum %20 expensive from outside. When you asked anything, the staff are so rude and they don't know nothing about what they have sale.

the worst service I've ever met, more disinterested staff I asked to speak to a manager because he didn't want to serve me at the till because they were too busy standing around and talking to each other and when I bothered he sent me to another till, and I said no, I want to talk to a manager and I had to wait 10-20 minutes for a team leader to come and tell him to serve me with all this, lying that he couldn't serve me Spent £300 on perfumes they weren't even kind enough to give me an extra bag to carry them safely
