    I have been waiting for a letter to get money out of my pension been waiting 3 months every time you phone them they say its on its way its a joke bad service another 2 months down the line and iam still waiting to get my money 6 years ago I got £31000 out of prudential and I got my money with in 3 weeks this company are a joke I want my money then never be back to this company Aegon are a joke stay away from them

    I receive a letter from Aegon via the Dept of works and pensions but as they did not have my current address. I telephoned the number given on their letter to find out what it was about. I gave them my Nat Ins No. I gave them my full name I gave them my date of birth I called them from Belgium for one and a half hours They still require my passport or a certified copy They still require a bank statement ( original ) They would like a pay slip (original) they should know from my date of birth that I don't work any more They still require a utility bill ( original ) and I don't even know what they have for me or what they want to talk to me about. Would you pay out all the costs associated with providing the certified letters when you don't know what they have for you or want from you!!!!! WHAT SORT OF COMPANY IS THIS

    It's, taken nearly 9 months to get 25% of my pension, lots of duplicate letters and booklets, you are kept on phone for over an hour then get passed from piller to post. Very unprofessional and very poor customer service, stay well clear of Aegon.
