Was there for six months some years back as part of a get back to work programme. Very nice place to work in, a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. Would have been happy to stay had they offered me a paid job. Reviews here complaining about poor training need to understand that it is impractical to be trained for every call. No job is easy neither is it supposed to be, you just need to put your mind to it and improve with time. A big hello to my then trainer Margaret and manager Gordon if they are still there, amongst others. You guy's rock!:)
