    Pointless organisation. No response to my complaint. Phone them and you are given several options all of which lead to a non-UK ringing? tone which is never answered.

    Tried to register a complaint - nigh on impossible - against a company which is continuing to advertise its products via Facebook and google despite it being flagged in various sites by customers as. Potential scam phoned and you get referred to writing a complaint form (which I did for it to disappear after 5 minutes of filling it out). Now have to try and write in.

    Don't bother complaining to the ASA about an advertisement. Joseph Cahill 'complaints executive' will decide (based upon solely his own opinion) if the advertisement you complained about is misleading or not and your complaint will get no further.

    Very bad in not following up on wrongfully taken decisions and revising them in spite of the fact that a High Court Judge found evidence contrary to their findings, it is such a pity this does not tie up with their ethics code, how can they regulate anything if they do not have the integrity to do a thorough job, or is it too much bureaucracy and people passing the ball to each other??
