Faultless customer service and faultless product. I have the Austin sofa which i absolutely love, and have recently ordered the Hammett footstall to go with. The staff have gone above and beyond, sending pictures of the footstall from their stores and even putting a tray on it for me to see it as a coffee table. They have always been incredibly helpful and thorough, going carefully through all details with me. The sofa is unbelievably comfortable and stylish. Highly recommend this company and very much looking forward to my new footstool!

Dishonest business and poor customer service. Another example of a business that will treat you well when trying to sell you their products, but neglect you as soon as money is in the bank. We were giving a May estimate for our furniture’s arrival and still waiting. The showroom is now saying the estimate was for the items to arrive at their warehouse (even though I have explicitly asked when we’ll be receiving it at home), why would I care when their warehouse receives it? The customer service team lack empathy, was defensive in their answers and rather than try and defuse the situations, their rudeness aggravated me further. No apologies, no talk of any compensation just passing the blame. Delivery time which is 21 days (!) was not mentioned at all, but conveniently put in the small print of order confirmation. Not reading it is on me, but to be fair I trusted the salesperson, silly mistake. Fast forward to now, my goods have arrived at the warehouse and have been sitting there for over a week now, arranging a slot seems impossible, even thought we are home everyday. Still waiting to hear back from their warehouse team. And bear in mind they charged us £100 for this ‘special’ delivery service. You’d think that paying above the average for furniture would get you a better service. Avoid!
