Extremely pricey. The photos are never sharp. Horrible price for photos and make profit on sending aswell (They charged me for £4.95 and the Royal Mail Tracked 48 £3.60). So 4 (8"x 6") photos + shipping £46.17 include the £4.58 discount. About 5 years now. I contacted via email, but answer never arrived. I asked a professional photographer about the quality and when I told him the price He started laughing loudly.... So I hope the school will not use them anymore.

Absolutely appalling service . My photos came with a black mark on my Daughters forehead. This must have been on the lens as she didn't have a mark on her face. I have tried to ring but cannot get through , they haven't replied to my emails even the school has had to send an email but again heard nothing. An utter waste of my money . The photos were for gifts and now can't be used. They are not interested in resolving this what's so ever.
