Just as we were arranging transportation, ALV contacted us to say they were sending two of their men to come and replace the whole axle. We recently bought a used van from ALV in Old Tebay and from the very first viewing to the final handover the experience has been fantastic. Every query was answered promptly, every request completed satisfactorily. Our initial contact was with Phil Unsworth who showed us the vans we were interested in seeing. We then dealt with Jo Hold the following week and she wrote up the paperwork for the deposit on our van purchase. At that time we met Rob Coram the service manager who described the pdi and at that time we ordered a Thule awning. The following week I spoke to Rob and ordered a 150 kW solar panel to be fitted as well. Finally we were given the most comprehensive hand over with a full breakdown of all system operations by Ernie Willey before finalising the paperwork with the owner Michael Hold paying the balance and then setting off for a shake down stay at Pennine View Park in Kirby Stephen. The following evening Ernie dropped by and helped us out with a couple of minor issues we were struggling with. What a team both individually and together. I can whole heartedly recommend Adventure Leisure Vehicles to anyone gor their range of stock, their hospitality, their professionalism, and the way they made us feel that we were very important customers. Thank you team ALV for making us feel special.

Really impressed with the customer service I’ve just received. Van had its first service by my local registered engineer and a warranty issue popped up. I made life difficult by having a tight time schedule to have the work done. Was looking like an issue when ALV (Rob) came up with a solution, which meant more work for them, but greatly helped me out. Really good service 👍🏻

Collected our new Coachman Acadia today and Ernie took us through the caravan in great detail and answered all our questions simply and very knowledgeably. The rest of the team are very friendly and the Adventure Leisure headquarters are very customer friendly with great stock to explore. We took advantage of a free night at a local campsite and this was easy to tow to and a brilliant find. Thanks for all your time and patience.

Called in to ask a question about our Knaus VanTI 650 MEG Platinum Selection and even though we had not bought it from ADVENTURE LEISURE VEHICLES, they not only answered our question fully but also carried out a minor repair and arranged a factory supplied upgrade to the USB involving a replacement part. They would not take any payment for the repair and both the owner himself and all the staff could not have been more helpful. I know where I will be getting any future habitation checks etc done in future. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them and they even gave us a lovely coffee whist we waited. They were well stocked with caravans mainly and several motorhomes but expect more motorhomes soon. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the annual service of my Troll 540 on 13/4 and especially so as it was completed quickly to allow us to move on to our next overnight stop much earlier than I’d hoped. Bought our beautiful Eriba at Adventure Leisure Vehicles just over twelve months ago and honestly had the most fantastic experience with the team at ALV. The sales and after care teams are brilliant, excellent communication with every stop pulled out for you, not just when you buy but following the sale and well into your ownership. The dealership is well run, with staff who really do care. We have just been back for our first service and the same high standards were on show, with particular mention to Faye, Rosie and Phil who have made our ALV journey so memorable. We even had a minor electrical issue which was nothing to do with ALV and they immediately sorted it for us without a problem - really made our day. Cannot rate this dealership highly enough, if you are thinking of using them, go for it! Thank you for everything ALV! 😊
