BEWARE. Nice soft play but the owners are scam artists. Always thought it was strange you can’t pay in person. The booking system glitches and asks you to try again and takes two payments and the owners then will refuse to refund you the duplicate payment. Wonder how many people they have done this to. It’s a shame a good soft play is let down by terrible management and a poor booking system.

Unfortunately my experiences have always found this place to be very difficult. Parking is limited; there aren’t enough spaces to go around and there are strict fines for anyone who parks just outside. The nearest place for overflow is Nando’s or similar which when you have a little one…isn’t an easy journey to make. The owner states that there are enough spaces for one car per customer but there were over 10 cars parked on the verges suggesting that at least 10 customers brought 2 cars... A close friend got fined within the last month for parking on the verge too. Ultimately I couldn’t get in, so I emailed politely requesting my money back for the ticket and I was refused as they considered it my fault. Safe to say it left a bitter taste. I then tried to go again the other day & you can’t buy tickets in person, they must be online and it’s for two hour slots. We arrived at 3.10pm and it closes at 5pm. The receptionist said we were fine to buy tickets online, there was space for us, however because it’s a 2 hour slot, it wouldn’t allow us to online. So she shrugged and we had to leave. In that situation, what I would have expected someone who is understanding of children to say is ‘there is less than 2 hours left so it’s not possible to buy a ticket, however, considering you’ve made the journey and we have space, come in’. If it’s money they’re concerned about missing out on, we could have paid cash in person. Ultimately the team there haven’t quite got the customer services charm you would hope for and are pretty unhelpful. It clearly comes down from the top, I think treating people the way you would hoped to be treated yourself is a good rule to go by rather than ‘the customer is always in the wrong’. It’s a shame because once in, the facilities are good fun for the children.

Clean tidy not over priced and kids loved it. thanks guys will 100% be returning. Update returned 2 weeks later on a busy bankholiday. Kids very disappointed the the high ropes are shut, told only open weekends. That's a shame as it was the same price on a Monday as it is on a Sunday???? Would it not make sense to open on a busy bank holiday with all kids off school??

Absolute dogshite. Don’t bother with this place. Used to be good when the high wires were open, was suitable for our 12, 6, and 4 year old as they all had something to do. Now they only open the wires at weekends, (not bank holidays) it’s an absolute waste of money. Will never come to this place again. Toilet were also dirty, chairs were dirty, and food was rubbish and very expensive. Save yourself time and money and find somewhere else
