We had our daughters birthday last weekend. We decided to book here as we previously visited a few times and had enjoyed the softplay area. The birthday package we booked as £22 per child for 2 hours in the party room and a cold buffet for 16 children. Party room quite bare and sparse in terms of decorations. Just a few chairs a banner. We had to ask for the party music to be turned on. Felt drab and basic. In terms of food we were served a plate jam sandwiches which were squashed from the lid. Ham and cheese sandwiches . 2 bowls of crisps. We were quite disappointed with the lack of food and small selection considering the cost per head. It wasnt until later on after the food had been cleared we found out they had "forgotten" to serve the other half of the food which consisted mixed fruit sausages, dips and a few other selection. Whilst they did place the platters on the outside table later on for the adults and gave a complimentary slushy to each child. Most of the food on the platters remained untouched and was wasted. Food which we had paid for and not allowed to takeaway. I mean how can the staff forget to serve half the food whilst the kids were eating then remember and serve it after all the kids went back out to play???????? For a soft play which advertises parties we felt very unwelcome. Right after the cake was rushed out to us we felt like they wanted us out the door even before 2 hours are up. They advertised for 2 hours but explained to us its 1 hour 45 mins and 15 mins for everyone to put their shoes on and leave promptly. Whilst the birthday girl did receive a free voucher for future entry we probably will give it a miss as we felt quite dissatisfied and left disappointed 😞

Organised a birthday party for my daughter. The staff were very accommodating from the start. Play area was fantastic for all ages, the birthday party included a private room, with a big bear mascot, and a variety of food, drink and ice cream. Overall the kids and the adults had a fantastic experience and my daughter had a birthday she'll never forget. Highly recommend this place.

I really like this centre. It is ran by a lovely family and has a nice set up. But the price increases since we first came her are exponential. I recently visited and spent approximately £85 which in my opinion is extortionate. I could probably do much more with my children for this cost and in hindsight, wish I had. It cost £11.55 for my three children between 4 and 9 years old. A further £4.55 for entry for myself which I'd ludicrous because the kids clearly cannot attend unsupervised. I spent a further £40 on three children's meals and an adult meal, a jug of juice, 2 drinks and slice of cake. The cake was a staggering £3.30 a slice. I understand the reasons behind increasing prices but it has now become entirely unaffordable for me to taoe my children here. I assume this is the case for many other families too. I am all for supporting small independent businesses but there comes a point where I no longer can because the value for money just isn't there anymore.
