Great fun for kids and teens. We had a nice and active morning. Some constructive criticism though: why make people wait 10-15 minutes standing in a crammed, dark corridor, when they could easily wait outside in the cafe area, where it's much more pleasant? Also, we could not find any hand sanitiser or talcum powder (much needed for sweaty hands when climbing). We also did not see how the helmets were sanitised (if at all). People were wearing them one after the other - all very sweaty inside - not very hygienic. If these will be solved I'll happily give 5 stars next time.

What a great family friendly activity, something here for everyone, with lots of different challenges. The team were excellent (Morgan and Adam) really supportive and encouraging. We were really lucky that there were only 5 of us. There can be up to 26 booked on a session so I would recommend looking at that when you book ( if you do online it tells you how many are booked on a session) The light is a great addition to Banbury 😃

Experience here was great. The staff (Adam, Lily and Sam) were lovely and helped my daughter jump off the leap of faith. The only thing was that a few of the walls were out of order but that didn't really matter as we were the only ones there.

What a great place to visit. The climbing is fantastic. Such a range of options and challenges is a small space. Brilliant. Also the staff were fun and informative. We were looked after by Luke who was really helpful at making a good experience a great experience.

The children loved it and my boy who is scared of heights really gained a lot of confidence and climbed to the top of a few of the walls. The staff were lovely, encouraging and praising the children as they climbed. We were in a session of 5 and it was perfect. The only issue I had is that 5 of the walls are not working at the moment, which was a bit annoying as it can be quite expensive if you've got quite a few children. Also if you're in a big/full session there would be a lot more waiting around for the children to get on the equipment so they wouldn't get as many goes. They should put a warning on the booking page if some aren't working cause I feel 5 is quite a lot and does impact the experience unfortunately.

I went there with my son and the staff were fantastic. There was only my son and two of his friends so we were fortunate to have one on one instructors and the one who helped my son was brilliant, so patient, friendly and encouraging. I didn't get his name but we were on the 10.10am session on 21st July just in case a message can be passed on.
