Absolutely disgusted by the way I have just been spoken to by Cliff, to be told "WE'RE NOT FUCK1NG GOD!!!" I emailed Carl with images of my bike rear rack and asked their advice regarding the Bumot Defender EVO Top Box & Mount for BMW F850GS and whether or not it would fit my bike, after being reassured it would & promised it would be here the next week, I paid the extortionate overpriced fee (I have the same panniers & wanted matching luggage). 3 weeks later the top box arrived only to find the mounting plate does not fit to my standard none modified bike, after several phone calls attempting to rectify the issue, to no avail, I asked for a refund. Carl arranged a collection without 1st finding out that anyone is home (my wife & I both work full time) to then be told the disrespectful Cliff wants to speak to me & give me a piece of his mind, then came the onslaught of verbal diarrhoea & zero customer service skills. After reading their other negative reviews I wish I could go elsewhere to by the Bumot top box to match but have been told they are the only importers for them. I would not recommend buying from the disrespectful Cliff, Carl however was respectful and did apologise for his monumental incorrect advice.

Trail and Error
I called this shop about a replacement part for my helmet after a fall in Morocco. I provided the actual part name and they said they had one and would send it out. I told them to check it was right as I had to wait in Marrakech for it, they said it was. Paid for a courier to ship the item from UK to me, when it arrived, not the right part and what's more, the label on the package even says it's a totally different part to what I asked for! Emailed them saying I want a refund, they wrote back with an excuse, no apology for the inconvenience and haven't processed any refund. If you know exactly what you want and have part reference numbers and can go into their store to check, maybe you can consider buying from them. But if you don't have all of the above, I wouldn't bother, their prices are not competitive to other stores available, and their customer service is shocking. I would never recommend this place to anyone who really needs something to do with adventure bikes or supplies. Good luck to anyone who deals with them, they're a joke.

Cliff, Mark, Carl and the team are fantastic. Bought some bar risers and they not only lent me their toolbox so I could fit them there and then, they helped fit them too! Always superb service and very welcoming. Very knowledgeable guys, Highly recommended.
