Flight experience was great. Thank you Steve for the talk trough and amazing tour. This is the only part i could give top rate. From the rescheduling that took nearly an year waiting, things could be better managed. Arrived to Redhill Aerodrome, 30 minutes earlier to avoid any delay, finding out that no facilities or food/drink area are available for “customers” was a bad start, so be ready to join the queue in tree area loos. Host keep telling that was her first day and needed to get used to things, but didn’t tell us that they were 30 minutes after scheduled times until was our time to flight and well, waited already. Statement says: If you late, we can’t wait! How this work for us?

Very unhappy, waste of money. Bought 3 years ago for my 21st birthday present. Cancelled 3 times and is always cancelled last minute.The extension is not acceptable as we are now restricted on holiday from out professions in the public service and by no means compensates for being let down the day before yet again.

I paid a lot of money for this experience and everytime I book it is being cancelled due to technical reasons. If this was due to weather reasons I would understand what the weather has been completely on each time! Absolute waste of time.

Not what I expected. We’ll organise fantastic staff who couldn’t do enough for us. The flight was exhilarating well worth the price I would definitely go again but for a much longer flight it was so good. Well done Fairoaks Airport Chobham.
