Very pleased with the way that the works have been done; all of the guys that have been here at one time or another have been professional, courteous, and have done work to a very good standard. As work progressed (tanking and finishing a lower ground floor room that suffered from water ingress) the workmen took the time to check what our later intentions for the room were (erection of a partition wall) and took it into account, ensuring that their work complimented our plans.

I reached out to Nick and the team at Advanced Preservations Ltd and from the ofset they were helpful and accomdating to our needs and wants. The project for us was a daunting one and not one we had budgeted for, but the team re assured us and guided us through the whole process from start to finish. We now have a dry useable basement that we are turning into a cinema room. The team were ontime and stuck to deadlines. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our garage kept flooding everytime it rained and was starting to damage the walls and our belongings. We called Advance Preservations to see if they could help. From the beginning the service provided was very professional. They explained clearly what work was needed, which was to build a water drain system, tank the walls and how each step would be completed. It was fascinating to watch. Clearly each of the members of staff are specialists in their part in the work and they all made it stress free and tidy as they worked. They were all lovely and friendly and answered my questions as the job went on. The finish on the rendering is so smooth! Really impressed and so happy with the finished result.
