I have used Advanced Domestic services for many years because I trust them. Over the more than 20 years that they have done repairs on my washing machine and dishwasher, they have always been on time, friendly, professional and done a great job. Whenever my machine have got to the point that they are worn out and not worth repairing, they have been great at reinstalling a new machine. I have recommended them to people, and they have always been pleased with the service. Used them again today 30 March 23. Daniel was punctual, and fixed my oven, and tweaked my door( even though that wasn't his job) so that it no longer dragged when I opened it. Services: Oven repair, Washer/dryer repair

I return time and time again here. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Very friendly on the phone or when you call in. I have had various appliances from them. They tell you honestly whether your appliance can be repaired. No high pressure selling. My washer broke down recently. Contacted them and in less than a week, they came out, delivered and fitted a new washer at a reasonable price all in. This included removal of my old machine. Can't recommend them highly enough. Called them out to fix my oven . They sucked wind through there teeth and said we will have too order the part. That was on the 5 the August. Phoned them today to find out when are they returning and got the voicemail. They are on annual leave until 15th August. Let me without an oven and charged me £39.00 for it as well. Very poor customer care. Service: Oven repair
