I came to Advanced with lots of tension and pain in my neck and back, which was causing painful headaches almost daily. I have tried a few other ways to solve it, but this has by far been the most effective. Gurj is professional, friendly and honest. He listened intentionally to me in our first appointment and made me feel heard. He gave a really clear assessment and explanation of the issues, and then provided a clear programme for recovery, with regular treatment and exercises to complete at home. The service itself is also professional and helpful - always a text the day before attending as a reminder…very helpful!
