Alistair and all staff at Adur Valley Vets treat out fur babies with such kindness and tenderness it’s like they are their own pets. We would highly recommend them for reasons too numerous to list. The reception and consultation areas are very welcoming and clean, plus everything is done in one location so there is no travelling between branches. It’s very convenient to get there and close enough for us to walk or there is ample parking. No vet is ever going to be cheap, but I found the prices to be very reasonable and everything is explained clearly to you. There are occasions where they’ve tried to save us money by explaining alternative courses of treatment. They never try and sell us additional unnecessary medications, which I experienced at our previous vet. We’re also members of the pet health club and our pets receive regular checkups injections and flea/worming medication. There are products and toys available to buy in reception along with honest advice. I was once told not to buy a particular food as it wouldn’t be the right thing so they lost the sale, but it shows they are very trustworthy. Our pets are given a treat, and they all love the vets and nursing staff who treat them so gently and reassuringly while they are there. Very happy.
