Yes I've had a bad experience, was referred for assessment with a view of diagnosis, but I got some worker who wasn't trained in anything, said she was 'support' and just sent me links that I found myself years ago. I had weekly phonecall meetings and she was late calling for every single one. I then stopped answering because she was so unreliable. I would work myself up so much waiting for her to call at a set time, and she never did. One time she called on the completely wrong day! Then she had the audacity to send a letter to my GP saying that I "disengaged" !!

Dr. Rikaby is not flexible and insists on his old mistakes instead of correcting them. Anyone can put false labels on you, but when this is a registered psychiatrist, it causes a lot of problems. I had to find other psychiatrists to correct his false diagnoses to be able to continue my treatment. So much money and time and energy were wasted because a person doesn't want to correct his false diagnosis. We should practice democracy in all matters, not only in political matters.

I previously had the most wonderful and supportive care co ordinator but this was some time ago and there have been many changes to the detriment and cost of very vulnerable people. The staff are an absolute disgrace and they should be thoroughly ashamed. The severe lack of mental health care and communication is beyond disgusting and totally unacceptable. If you are in any type of health care your duty is to vulnerable patients other wise as I see it you shouldn't be doing the job. I speak from my own family experience of NHS work, most members of my family have also worked for the NHS! People are NOT a number and neither are they cattle. People deserve so much more and if I had my way I wouldn't even be giving rating one star! The whole place should be totally shut down and only properly educated and dedicated and deserving staff employed to care for already very vulnerable people in the community. Last time I spoke with a member of staff after another failed referal from my GP they lied and said that I had agreed to be discharged, I never said any such thing! Also after having been promised one on one therapy they suggested recovery college, like being with a whole group of strange people and being expected to share really personal stuff is def not going to aid or help in recovery, that was the whole purpose of the promised one to one therapy in the first place. Also labels are what are stuck on jam jars and other containers not people!

They rarely answer the phone! And it's a nightmare getting any sort of help, just palmed off. I've been on medication they prescribed for the past 5 years, no checkups ect like they're supposed to give. And if you are referred for another assessment they just palm you off because you already have a diagnosis 🙄

Disgusting service. Don't come to this place with mental health issues. They will make you feel worthless by the end of it all! I plucked up the courage to say that I hallucinate; both visual and hearing, and the mental health practitioner advised me to take up martial arts!

Many negative reviews here :(. I switched to this service after moving area. I just really use the depo and they have been quite receptive and flexible with timings for this around my work. Haven't had any major hiccups yet? It's been over a year ish.

3 missed appointments and one lost assesment later. Can't even call the company to complain. As they don't offer a voicemail service or anyone to answer the phone. Honestly believe it isn't a real Company. Unfortunately you have to put atleast 1 star in here to leave a review. Anyone seeking help with your mental health. Please steer clear. 1st one i forgave as was a timing error. 2nd time effectively told someone else was more important so they couldn't attend. 3rd attempt we did get through the assesment to be told afterwards it was lost. And 4th no correspondence. If you have been referred here or have sought help. Don't give up. Try somewhere else. You do matter.
