Not sure why, they just stopped communicating with me for no reason whatsoever. Very perplexing, as they'd started the job. The car needed towing, and this was understood and agreed to. Their tower wasn't available, so I suggested alternatives. Since then, complete silence. No reply to messages and texts at all. Very strange behaviour.
