Classes and coaches are very good but the communication from the administration is very bad. For 2 times I bumped my face at the door with no one there because classes were cancelled, the problem was, no notice that was going to happen.

My first time undertaking such classes. I've started the BOX classes and find them ideal. Such a friendly place, very supportive and offering varied classes with excellent equipment. Even the individual class types vary depending on the trainer. I was a little wary of seeing so many very positive reviews but my experience backs it up. Fantastic. UPDATE: So it has been a year of classes now. I'm fitter, healthier, leaner, stronger and happier. So sad to leave but Devon is calling. Many thanks to all the lovely people involved. And a special shout out to Adam and the 7am crew. Much love and respect.
