My family and I have had an excellent experience with him over the past several months buying a Yamaha upright, both in terms of the initial selection and purchase process, and then with the after-sale service he provided. Adrian's exceptional knowledge of pianos and their history was invaluable when choosing the right one for our circumstances and purposes. The delivery process was handled with reassuring confidence and went very smoothly. Having given the piano an initial tune, in recent weeks Adrian visited again for a follow-up tuning, now it has had time to settle in. He also dealt with a few minor issues that had cropped-up, free of charge. In addition to all the above Adrian is an absolute pleasure to deal with. On all three occasions I have seen him, we have had very interesting and enjoyable conversations about many aspects of music (where again he has great knowledge). He is also a very gifted pianist, and it has been wonderful to hear him play.
