I booked Adrian Buller Photography after the first lockdown was over. He made contact via telephone only and did not seem to email me any confirmation emails I required after giving him a £50 deposit to do my firstborns newborn shoot. He made contact via telephone only which I found to be strange. Unfortunately my daughter ended up being born during the second wave of lockdown in January 2021. As non essential services were not open, I could not carry out the shoot. He refused to return my deposit (again done my telephone) for reasons which were out of my control. He was not approachable, friendly and was very abrupt. I always remember this awful experience and I feel disappointed that I put my trust in somebody who chose money over his basic morals. In essence, my money was stolen and not returned as I did not receive the service I wanted from him. Definitely will not be returning for baby no 2!

This business is extremely helpful, don't turn you away even if they are not able to have the facilities They give the best advice they can and ensure the customer doesnt go away confused and frustrated to where there needs lie. Would definitely recommend to give them a call a good honest business which are there to help anyone
