1st and foremost the actual shop, as soon as you approach Adorable Tots it looks beautiful from the outside. When you enter the shop it looks stunning, they have put a lot of effort in & it shows. Then you are greeted by the lovely Vicky & Conrad who are extremely experienced in all aspects of items you need for your little miracles. Super friendly and hilarious, we had a laugh while getting amazing advice.I've been to plenty of baby shops over the years (big brand shops could learn a thing or two from Vicky & Conrad) and this little gem tucked away is hands down the best!! I couldn't recommend Adorable Tots enough.We purchased the icandy peach cerium and we love it. After I built the pram my wife has been pushing it around the living room for hours she is absolutely over the moon with it 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂absolutely fantastic thank you guys 💗 ps hope you got to watch the FA cup final 🤣😂🤣😂👍😜👍

Outstanding customer service, with everything you need for your baby! We walked in not knowing a thing about prams but Conrad came to our rescue and talked us through everything ensuring we got the right travel system for us and our baby. On collection today we got shown how to work the pram/ car seat and all its features, this gave us great confidence with us about to be first time parents. Thank you Adorable Tots!

We have recently bought a travel system pram from here and could not recommend this place more. When we went to browse and pick our pram we was stunned by the amount of choice there was however Conrad helped us with explaining the pros and cons to each pram that we liked the look of. We are more than happy with the pram we walked away with which was the venicci tinum. Not only do you get a good explanation about the pram but you get showed how to use it and they make sure you know everything your doing with both the pram and car seat before you leave. Amazing customer service and such a relaxed and well set out environment.
