    We contacted Xavi at very very short notice to ask if she could make a cake for our wedding which nearly didn't happen due to health problems. Xavi was brilliantly helpful and made the most fantastic cake from extremely limited instructions over the phone which captured the idea of what we wanted exactly. Not only that, it was absolutely the tastiest wedding cake (and we like fruitcake!) that we have ever eaten with some fierce critics among our family and friends agreeing it was the best they'd ever had. Thank you so much Xavi, we had a wonderful wedding and from nearly not having a cake we ended up with an amazing one!

The suggestions and advice about how to achieve our dream from our cake maker was seconded to no one. It gave our cake life! Not only that, the delivery was on time with no issues, even when it was being brought to Kent! For all the above, the price was more than reasonable!
