    Residential block by the A2 in Gillingham,Kent. Modern building with rear allocated parking spaces. The closeness to the A2 means there is constant traffic flow and additional local parking is poor. Good transport links, local bus services nearby and only several minutes from the M2 motorway. About 2 miles from the local train station with links to London about 1 hour and to the Kent coast 49 minutes to one hour. Petrol station nearby, shops,restaurants and also a large Tesco within a mile.
