Shocked and embarrassed. I never write a review but others need to be warned. I would give zero if I could. I went to visit at 9pm tonight, Monday. As I approached the door it wasn’t opened for my by security. There was no warmth. As I went to open the door he eventually opened the door ever so slightly, looked me up and down life a piece of **** and said how many drinks?? Your intoxicated. I had only had 1 drink, there was no way he could tell this and it wasn’t the case. It is a blatant case of discrimination based on some other factor. Was it my slight limp for my bruised ankle from football, do you discriminate against those with a physical disability? Was it age discrimination because I am 35 years old, is it socio economic discrimination - did I not look rich enough to spend money in your casino? Other another discriminatory factor. The fact is I was made to feel embarrassed by a disgraceful and unfair judgement. I will never ever visit this casino after how it’s left me feeling tonight. I see other reviews here, It really suggest some unconscious bias training is required at the least, as well as discrimination and customer service training. I won’t hold my breath looking at the other reviews. I’ve contacted management, I doubt I will here back. Therefore I urge you to visit other casinos in Leeds and don’t give them a penny for the way they treat people. Disgraceful!

Shocking. Had a very bad experience here today. I've been a member here since it first opened and thought it was a fantastic place to visit. However the amosphere has changed massively. You have to declare membership(even though you do not need to be a member) and today had a man who said he was the casino manager demand an affordability check whilst I was playing £1 spin on a slot machine !!! (I could bet more in a pub) needless to say I gave him back my membership card. If you fancy a gamble occaisionally and maybe want a bit of respect and service as a valued customer then this is not the place for you. It's a shame.

Victoria Gate Casino is a large and impressive casino located in the heart of the city center. The overall atmosphere of the casino is enjoyable and the space is well-maintained, with plenty of room to move around and explore. However, one downside to the casino is that they allow smoking on the premises. As a non-smoker, I found this to be quite uncomfortable and it made it difficult to fully enjoy my time at the casino. Despite this, the casino offers a wide variety of games to choose from, including traditional table games and a range of modern electronic slot machines. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they are always happy to assist with any questions or concerns. One downside to Victoria Gate Casino is that parking is not free and can be quite expensive. This can be an inconvenience for those looking to visit the casino for a shorter period of time. However, the central location of the casino makes it easily accessible by public transportation or by foot. Overall, Victoria Gate Casino is a decent option for those looking for a large and well-equipped casino in the city center. However, the smoking policy and lack of free parking may be off-putting to some visitors.
