I worked for this company for just over a year and was sacked without any notice on the spot. Turned up for work and was told to leave and that they had no obligation to give me a reason as I had not worked for them for two years (Current employment law allows this!) I had previously raised a grievance with the General Manager in relation to the lack of communication between duty managers and funnily enough was sacked shortly after this. Absolutely appalling company to work for. Should rebrand themselves as "Adlington Bad Management Services". Feel sorry for anyone owning a property under their management. Really do not want to leave a star but cannot leave a comment without doing so!
