We have a leak in our building, a pretty serious one, so I called them yesterday to get it sorted. They sent a technician to fix it, a nice enough guy who arrived rather promptly. However, the leak was still there this morning as he just put a bucket under the pipe (that mush have been filled in a few minutes). So I called them again this morning and they said they would send someone else. I just got home from work tonight and the leak is still there, and now all the walls on the three floors below are wet so it's pretty bad. Cherry on the cake, I've just called them again and I was told that they have no trace of the issue and can't help me as I am not able to provide a ticket number. In other words, we are back to square one. An absolute joke of a company, I feel for the actual property management who signed up for their services...
