Who could resist the lure of uniquely blue "champagne" style fiz? The family vineyard, restaurant and winery is well presented by the very friendly family members, and. Yes, the blue fiz is delicious so we bought a few bottles to take home with us together with some of the onsite made "Arson-fire" sauces, relishes and a very unusual jam.

We have visited vineyards in Bordeaux and the Napa Valley and for a friendly welcome and self guide audio tour Adgestone is as good, if not better. The wine tasting was excellent and the chap from Eire (sorry forgot to get his name) was knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions. We stayed for a relaxing lunch in the sun before buying a selection of the excellent wine. Highly recommended if you want to kearn about and sample English wines if excellent quality.
