Deepak, a true unprofessional rouge trader. arranged 4 appointments to meet for a quote, confirmed and never attended with pathetic excuses each time. Just saw other reviews and glad I went somewhere else. I don't know how people like this service in business and please don't go and say this is a fake review or I will post screenshots of the messages etc. Absolute disgrace of a trader.

Deepak is a CONMAN and is a very conniving and sly personality. He is a one-trick pony. He is running some sort of Pyramid scheme where he takes one person’s deposit and uses it on another job. Deepak took my deposit back in January 2021 and did not even install 1 window. My job was 12 windows and 2 doors. It is now January 2022. Deepak keeps making every excuse in the book as to why the job is not getting done. He has used excuses varying from he has c0vid, the c0vid jab, his kids not well, his Mrs is at work and he’s babysitting, the factory is moving, his van is stolen, the factory machine is not working. He will avoid your calls and texts unless you apply some real pressure on him or know where he lives. I have heard it all over 1 year. In the end I had enough of his lies and asked for my deposit back. I have spoken to many other people who report he uses the same excuses. You will be lucky to see him once he has done the job. If you see this man, please avoid him at all costs. Use a reputable and reliable company. Deepak works mainly in Luton, Northampton, and London areas. He also advertises on Facebook. I now have my deposit back after 1 year but a complete waste of my time. My entire building renovation project is in disarray. He has ended up costing me dearly. He has no shame and returned my deposit without any real apology after a full year. I have all the evidence to back all my claims incase he wants to dispute it.

It is obvious Deepak Dhonsi has betrayed many people. He will leave a reply saying I do not have you on record or this is a fake review while putting up his own fake reviews from his brother. After paying my deposit for a door he lead me on for months. Then he said to get my own door and he will fit it. Now he is saying that door was not included. If anyone wants proof I have the orginal contract and all the excuses Deepak has lead me on with.
