    Adele’s classes aren’t like just going to yoga at a gym or fitness studio. She has an amazing ability to make you feel completely nourished both inside and out by the time you leave! Her classes are very friendly, and welcome new students and seasoned yogis, of all ages and abilities. There always seems to be something that’s just what I need in each class, whether that’s a physical workout or something more meditative, or just the chance to have time to myself. It’s honestly like yoga magic!

    I have now done two classes with Adele, in Halifax. Booking is extremely easy online. Adele provides a calm, supportive, extremely restful class. I'm 58, snd have done a lot of yoga over the years. Despite finding it a relaxing class, I ached ( in a good way!) the next day, so it definitely stretches the muscles without you even realising. Some class participants were complete beginners, and Adele's chosen poses cater to all levels without anyone feeling disheartened or left behind. Thoroughly recommend. Left feeling so calm and happy. St Judes hall is warm and bright. Oh, and beautiful cherry blossom trees view from window.
