Just want to share my experience with Adeljibs & Co Solicitors I came up to them regarding the transfer of tenancy agreement and straight away, they know exactly what it is needed to be done. It was around covid time and the processing took a whole due to lockdown and backlog. But it didn’t stop them to continue my application as I explained my situation. To cut the story short, they kept complying for what the court has been asked them to do and at the end, it was all worth it. Today, the court has just grant me the favour!!!! Wow! It was all because of Mr. Adele and Mr. Ade. They worked hard to fill in all the criteria that the court was looking for. I will be forever grateful for their help as it will change my life and my children’s lives. I would highly recommend them.

The solicitor challenged against Waltham Forest council refused to accept a vulnerable and disable person as priority need. He manage to convince the council to accept this disable person. Re: Notification of the Council’s decision under Section 202 of the Housing Act 1996, Part VII, as amended by the Homelessness Act 2002 and the decision overturned. Thank you Yusuf Muhidin
