Never been, found them when googling a book I been searching for for years. They had a copy & happy to post to me. Ordered Thursday afternoon, book arrive Sat morning, very well packaged. The book was in far, far better condition than I had expected and better than the one lost many years ago so am delighted. No doubt about it I will definitely try Addymans for any future needs. Excellent!

The friendliest bookseller and best selection of books in "book town". I got some good quality science fiction from the early 60s by one of my favourite authors for £5 each thereabouts. One day, I think it'll be really hard to get a hold of them. If you go to any bookshops in Hay-on-wye I'd go here first. Start your day off pleasantly.

This bookshop was my favourite from my trip to Hay-On-Wye for several reasons! Not only was the staff absolutely lovely, telling me about book sculpting and showcasing their gorgeous BLM display on postcards galore, but the interior and sculpting of the bookshelves and walls are gorgeous too. The Transylvanian aesthetic is to die for, and the book selection is lovely. Plus.. you know a bookshop is great when you find dogs looking this happy outside - the energy was radiating. Whilst other bookshops here are more conventional, and this might not be to everyone's taste, it's to mine, but you might be surprised because of the diverse selection of books. One to visit for sure!

I absolutely love this bookshop, it is always on my list of places to visit in Hay. Anne is lovely and well known in the Bookstagram community, you are sure of a warm welcome if you mention you are a fellow bookstagrammer (I wasn't brave enough). Be prepared to spend a few hours browsing the many rooms here.
