    Very poor! Job booked in for a week, chased once on the day and all good, they are coming this afternoon. Chased again in the afternoon and suddenly we have no record of the job and they can't do it!!!

    I dont normally write reviews, only when I really feel someone deserves it, I've called over 40 companies in Hull ( no joke , some of which are very large PROFESSIONAL companies ) to do a removal job for me which was rather large ( 2 ton equipment ), many showed up ( not being able to do it ), many stood me up, many over complicated things and many showed up only to nag and make it seem impossible, I had to pay over £300 hiring equipment for those companies to be ready for their use, and ... stress , for over a month of struggle. I called addplant, didnt expect it to be solved ( just another company that promises to do it , nothing new ), guess what, they didnt over complicate it, they said they would come in 2 days, and they did, I had hired 2 guys to help with the removal ( who showed up late ), this guy from addplant showed up ( Shawn I believe ) , didnt nag or complain that the other guys didnt show up, didnt make me feel uncomfortable, didnt leave and even helped me get the equipment out, he hauled it, no trouble, no issues, and delivered it to where it was supposed to go, it almost felt like a joke how simple he made it look. As I said, I dont normally write reviews, but the guys at addplant deserve it, they solved a major problem for me, and I am thankful to all their staff for over simplifying a job that more than 40 other companies couldnt do.
