    Great girls in store today ; never fail to disappoint. Met my favourites Jo, Lindsay and Steph. Upon entering greeted with a warm welcome, hair perfectly matched. Advice given on the use of the product. Staff are exemplary and always respectful and helpful. I would not go anywhere else for my hair. Any issue which in 18 years( only twice) my hair was quickly sorted. The hair is the best and the staff cannot be more helpful in store. Local business owner built this hair empire. after trying other hair, I can honestly state this is by far the best quality . Negative reviews are not warranted as a customer who is extremely fussy when it comes to my hair and customer service, I would be the first to critique poor customers service skill or quality , I can categorically state they are the best hair company in the world. Any issue which there rarely if ever is ,I can reassure anyone buying it is immediately rectified. Thank you, ladies.

    I got a weft from here around 2 months ago and after around 4 weeks the hair started fraying at the ends and matting .. I’m a hairdresser and fit extensions so I know how to look after them and which shampoos etc to use and not use .. the hair is horrendous and does not last at all.

    Have waited a while to post this honest review. I ordered hair extensions which did not arrive. Unfortunately the parcel has been lost and the team are unwilling to take any responsibility. They said they would put an investigation with Royal Mail and I must wait 30 days. This is over due and no response from them at all. I’m quite an understanding person but they lack any customer service just kept reiterating “royal mails procedures” I wouldn’t recommend this company however the review is purely on customer service and not their products

    Absolutely shocking customer service I never received my order and they won’t issue a refund or a new order even though they know I haven’t received i. Women on the phone (Rachael) continued to insult me on the phone and was extremely rude. Wouldn’t recommend avoid at all costs. Terrible company
