Wrapped cars, painted callipers and furry dice They seemed do a lot of viewings to find tenants but totally went against what I was looking for In tenants. All sorts turned up. It was like interviewing for the performers for a 🤡 circus. All bells and whistles but unfortunately did not produce the right type of tenants that my property deserves.

I could not have hoped for a better experience than the one I had with Addison Townsend Southgate. Gareth and his team were very professional, responsive and helpful. The flat purchase ended up being a bit more complicated than we had anticipated for reasons that no one could have foreseen but Gareth's support was very hands-on, smoothing out and sorting out issues as they arose, and managing the process to completion in a low key and competent manner. I felt I was in good hands throughout, and I am impressed both by the team's professionalism and their efficiency. I highly recommend them.

Very very bad experience with this agency. In July 2019 we rented a flat , the agent mentioned to us that the flat was going to be managed by the landlord which it turned out to be the most nasty sick, men I have ever seen . Flat address 8a Eaton park road n13 4el , we had problems in the flat , asked him to come and sort it , he always was ignoring , as a result when we moved out kept more than half of our deposit( which we are going to take legal steps for ) with the excuse that we caused small damages to the flat, which wasn’t true at all. The agent only cared about to sign the papers , nothing else , any time we asked for support, their answer deal with the landlord. Please stay away from this people.
