You phone them up and you ask about something or a certain type of lens if they can do it or if they have done it before. No one gives you a straight answer till you book an appointment and you loose money for nothing. Absolutely nothing. And once you’re in the appointment you just hear a long lecture about how bad the optician services in the NHS are. I don’t know why they are even talking about it. This shop advised me incorrectly, built up my hopes, and I had to pay for it be warned people. Really useless shop I would not even call it opticians. A grocery store is more useful than this.
