I ordered tiles a couple of years ago happily from here - went in dec 2022 to order for bathroom in my new home and spoke to Matthew who had great customer service. I explained I was disabled and have no one to lift the large tiles in if they were left on a pallet. He arranged for them to come in store and a courier to deliver to me - i had lost hope in cust care anywhere over the past few years but faith restored - thank you

I don't often leave reviews but given the outstanding service we recently received, I felt compelled to do so. We were recommended to Tilegiant Southampton by our neighbour. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Ben, the store manager. From the minute we walked in, to the time we eventually ordered our tiles, Ben's service was off the charts. Nothing was too much trouble. We even ordered tiles, only to decide we wanted to change them to something else and again, it was absolutely no problem at all. Our entire experience was absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. If you need tiles, you must go and see Ben, I promise you won't be disappointed

I ordered tiles and flooring for our new kitchen over 2 months before I needed them to ensure stock and delivery, the tiles were in and out of stock but Tile Giant did not put them by when they were in stock, they never called me to let me know they where now never going to have them, the flooring would never have been delivered as only part of the order was in stock and they don't deliver part orders. I called for an update and was told they would call me back in 30 mins, no one called. I found all this out just 5 days before my kitchen was being fitted. I went into the branch and met with Simon Page who was covering for the day from Poole Branch, he turned my experience around, we selected a new tile, ordered them which was more expensive but due to the inconvenience he discounted the difference, he apologised, arranged delivery for 2 days later ensuring we had everything in time. He could not have been more helpful. Millbrook branch could benefit from having someone as efficient and competent running the show. This was my first time using Tile Giant and it could of ended very differently. I am not giving the branch 5 stars I am giving Simon 5 Stars!
