Took a couple of my family to have some tattoos. Found it to be very friendly and welcoming. The staff were professional, attentive and helpful. The dog was also a benefit, he was also very friendly and attentive. On a side note, my family members had a great experience and were over the moon with thier tattoos. There is also a book that details the various stages when it was renovated. Another plus is that there is a pool table. In short I would highly recommend.
