Had high expectations of this luxury coach we had paid over 800 pound for it arrive late and look like a prison carrier. To be greeted by this Adam fella who was a miserable man who obviously couldn’t follow directions which cost us 50 pounds even tho it was his fault. Overall the coach is not luxury and it stinks like piss. Would of rather walked. Never using him again the robbing toad

My experience with Adams Tours was not the greatest to say the least. Our driver was late to the pickup and wasn’t the friendliest. His ineptitude to follow directions meant me and other passengers were 30 minutes late to the venue. Instead of apologising for his mistake, he instead took 50 pounds (half) of the deposit because it was supposedly our fault for giving the wrong directions, despite the fact these derived from the venues website. I will never be travelling with Adams Tours again. What an utter waste of time. Shambolic.
