Third time I've used Paul for my decorating and it won't be the last time. He has some great modern tools that will help deliver a quality job in a timely manner, I honestly don't thing anyone can deliver such standards in a similar time frame. This time I've had a ceiling repaired after water damage, a 3 storey staircase decorated from top to bottom, a tiny downstairs toilet freshened up my kitchen decorating.
