    Disappointing. The fitters had to return to make good . Have used them before without issue but this time was different. Shame as we always support local business. An apology would have gone a long way and avoided us feeling let down but sadly not received.

    We are absolutely delighted with this company! The staff were lovely in the showroom, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. We had a wait of a couple of months but that was fine and more than worth it for the saving in cost of nearly £1,000, we made by not using Anglian. The door we chose is so lovely and is excellent quality. The door fitter Stefan was skilled and competent, paying great attention to detail. We highly, highly recommend this really excellent local company. All of the staff have been very helpful and we are so happy with our new door, thank you very much Adam Window Centres of Tuckton.

    TERRIBLE SERVICE!! DONT DO IT!! I originally went with them due to feedback, however it was clearly not recent! Prior to the windows even going in, I had to chase them 3 times with no one ever bothering to call me back! And had to wait an extra 8 weeks after the planned installation date with no apology or even acknowledgement of the missed date. Then once the windows were in, I noticed that they had broken my sink - a small hole which had then splintered. They denied all knowledge, said it couldnt possibly have been them - however the hole was 100% NOT there prior to their arrival. I got someone in to quote to repair the crack, instead of insisting on a new sink and pedestal, for which the cost was under £60! Then the harassment started with calls and emails and threats to withhold the paperwork to the fda and demanding the outstabfing money (as i had paid the difference minus the £60). I personally felt intimidated by their agression and would 100% say STAY AWAY!
