    Adam is an excellent trainer who cares about the patients sincerely. He listens carefully to my health condition and makes proposals according to them. In the first meeting for the consult, I talked about my rounded shoulder, and during the sessions, he managed to help me to have proper posture while pushing me to exercise. Moreover, he not only teaches me the correct position but also lets me understand the goal and reasons for each exercise. My body condition improved a lot, and I am very satisfied with his service.
