I visited the shop today and I brought two watches with me. One, which was apparently broken, and the other watch, which needed a battery replacement after a few years of sitting in a drawer. To my utter delight, not only did Mohammed find the fault in my first watch quickly, he also managed to have the watch repaired within minutes for me while I was waiting. He saved the watch, which another company claimed could not be repaired at all! The replacement of the battery in the other watch was fast and quick and I really enjoyed chatting to this friendly gentleman throughout the process. I would really recommend this shop and his owner to everyone as he really knows his craft and is friendly and reasonably priced. I had to travel from a bit further away but it was worth the journey!

I wanted to get some new watch straps (that I bought elsewhere) professionally fitted to some expensive watches I’ve got (I didn’t want to try myself due to risk of scratching the lugs). Unfortunately they scratched the lugs of both watches installing the new straps despite me asking them to be very careful. They didn’t protect the lugs with tape or anything when doing it. So if you want straps fitted without scratching the lugs I suggest you go elsewhere.

Adam and his shop were such a find - he is so knowledgeable, honest, quick and delivers a great service. The shop is worth a visit, especially if there when the literally hundreds of clocks strike the hour...magical. I do believe that he could find a way to mend any clock or watch.

I took three clocks in to be repaired. Two were fixed while I waited and the other one took a bit longer. He explained what had to be done and I could see which parts had been replaced and real care was taken over the work. It is very useful having this shop in South Wimbledon as they are hard to find.
